Bosky Glen Sewing Studio is pleased to introduce you to the art of sewing.

Crafting, fashion, quilting, and more will all be within your reach as you develop your skills.

If you can imagine it, you can create it!

Classes or individual lessons

I offer classes for adults, teens and kids throughout the year, on a rotating basis. Offerings may include sessions of weekly classes; a one-time get-started lesson on your machine; occasional open studio opportunities, and a 3 or 4-day camp format during school breaks. The specific class offerings will vary through the year. Weekday sessions for homeschoolers or private lessons can be arranged upon request.

Location

Located in northern Wright County, between Maple Lake and Hasty, with access from I-94, Hwy 55, or Cty Rd 39. An easy drive from the NW Suburbs or the St. Cloud area.

The Studio

My home-based studio provides space for up to 4 students. All stations are fully supplied with machines and basic tools. There are also 4 stations for layout and cutting, and 2 for ironing. The studio is located on the second floor.

About Me

I have been sewing for 40+ years. I have learned much on my own, and have taken a variety of advanced sewing classes. I have taught in various capacities including homeschooling my own kids, homeschool co-ops, church activities, and community ed classes. Sewing and teaching are two of my passions, and I am pleased to have an opportunity to combine them and start others on a path to a life-long skill.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

Accessibility

The studio is located on the second floor of my home and is not handicapped accessible. If accessibility is a concern for the student, arrangements can be made for private lessons at your location.

Winter Weather

The studio is in a rural location, and our roads may not be plowed as quickly as the highways. Please use your discretion in deciding to make the drive.
We are located on the border of the Maple Lake and Annandale School districts. If either of these districts closes due to weather, our classes will also be cancelled.
When class is cancelled, a make-up class will be scheduled. If you miss a class, you may attend an Open Studio at no charge.
If you have concerns re: winter driving in rural areas you may want to enroll in summer classes only.
