Kid's Intro to Machine Sewing

Service Description

Ages 9-16, Thursday evenings, 4:30-6:30pm, Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29. For children age 9-16 who have no or limited experience with machine sewing. We will meet 4 times for 2 hours. My machines will be used in class, but access to a machine at home is required to practice skills between classes. They will learn the parts of a machine, how to set it up for a project, basic tools, practice basic sewing skills, and complete several simple projects Most supplies will be provided. Small fabric purchase required for two projects. Details provided on first day of class. Please read the child safety policy under the "Kids and Youth" tab before registering your child.
