Service Description

Join us during the winter months to make quilts in support of children in crisis. Quilts are contributed to the local chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association who passes them on to organizations which they support. In past years quilts have gone to Children's Hospital in MPLS, pediatric services of other hospitals, Hope Harbor, Wright County Human Services, and as auction or raffle items for fundraisers. Please join us to create these quilts to bless others. No prior sewing experience is needed. We work in an assembly line process and not all steps require sewing skills. All ages are welcome; children are welcome if attending with an adult, and if they are able to participate without being a disruption. We meet on the 2nd Saturday, November-March, 9am - 4pm. Come for the whole day, or any portion of it. Bring a bag lunch or contribute to a potluck meal. Registration is to provide a head count only. No charge to attend.
